We're looking for you - as a Social Media Manager (d/w/m) in Hamburg, starting October first, part-time.
We are the Studio for Infinite Possibilities and develop XR and web applications for art, culture, teaching, and education. We work in a common-good-oriented way and maximize ideas rather than profit. From October 1st, we're therefore looking for a Social Media Manager to help us communicate our projects to the outside world across our platforms. We have a lot to tell, with exciting projects ahead of us. You won't be alone in this role – a working student for editing and post-production will also be hired, and Gloria will work with you on shooting videos and communicating topics well. We're looking forward to someone with experience in communicating digital applications. We work closely with cultural institutions and universities. Our team is small but mighty, with a studio in Hamburg and Berlin.
Your tasks:
• Create an editorial plan & plan content across all channels
• Produce short videos, reels & stories for Instagram, TikTok & Co. together with our team
• Community management: respond to comments & messages
• Find & reach out to influencers for paid collaborations
• Work within a three-person social media team: you, a video editor, Gloria
What you should bring:
• Experience in independently managing social media channels
• A feel for platforms, formats & current trends
• Confidence in writing & a passion for storytelling
• Nice to have: experience communicating XR projects
Key facts:
• Start from October 1, 2026, fixed-term for 1 year
• 20 hrs/week
• Monthly compensation of €1,700 to €1,800 gross – depending on experience
• Greater Hamburg area, mobile working partially possible
