You are a content creator (behind the camera) and, together with Gloria – Gründy of the Studio for Infinite Possibilities – you are developing a new form of video content:
Why do we want to take this step? Even in 2025, there is still a lack of non-male perspectives from the tech world. We want to not only make our work visible, but also show how we disrupt systems and overcome boundaries.
You...
• accompany Gloria with the camera in her daily work and tell from Gloria's perspective what it means to implement creative, technical, and socially relevant projects without tech bro BS (and exploitative software).
• develop short video content (e.g., for TikTok) that truly reaches young, media-savvy people – beyond influencer BS and self-branding.
• document real insights, helpful software tips, discussions, and changes in perspective – with curiosity and the desire to share helpful knowledge and attitude.
• You produce videos that convey content and attitudes, preferably unvarnished, but never arbitrarily.
• You learn to produce content according to an editorial plan with the goal of taking responsibility for the editorial plan yourself.
• You manage the comments and the community with us.
• You contribute your own ideas on how empowerment and digital self-empowerment can be communicated creatively and understandably.
• You are part of a small, dedicated team with a high level of personal responsibility and a social entrepreneurial mindset, with the opportunity to actively shape content and formats.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
• A keen sense of visual storytelling and social media formats, especially TikTok.
• Initial experience in video production – whether through studies, training, freelance work, or practical projects.
• A critical eye for social media dynamics, an interest in sociopolitical issues, and curiosity about how we can do things better.
• Interest in tech, education, or digital topics – without any tech-bro posturing.
• Understanding of dialogic, empowering communication – especially when dealing with marginalized groups.
• Desire to work permanently in Hamburg (permanent position, 38 hours per week, €3,000 gross/month).
